The Bartlesville Regional Chamber needs an active Ambassadors Committee. The Purpose of the committee is:

• To assist the Chamber staff in the recruitment and retention of membership
• To serve as the BRCC welcoming committee and goodwill arm to it’s members;
• To provide feedback to the Chamber’s Board from Chamber members;
• To demonstrate and acknowledge the importance of each member to the BRCC
• To network with other Ambassadors to share common experiences, discuss business and community issues, and identify ideas and issues of value to communicate with other members.

The Chamber’s Board of Directors supports the Ambassadors Committee and provides financial and staff resources to help it be successful.

Purpose

The purpose of the Ambassadors Committee is to interpret and communicate the mission, goals and programs of the Bartlesville Regional Chamber of Commerce to area business and professional people, especially to Chamber members.

Membership

The Ambassadors Committee is composed business and professional men and women who are members of the Bartlesville Regional Chamber of Commerce, and who volunteer to participate in the member-relations activities of the Committee.

Members, by accepting election to the Committee, agree to:

• Pay their own way for all functions and events;
• Attend at least 75% of the Committee’s meetings;
• Maintain a minimum level of good standing
• Participate in Operation Thank You
